Description

You will support pharmaceutical packaging line operations through technical troubleshooting and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead breakdown troubleshooting and perform root cause analysis on packaging equipment.
• Identify and implement improvement projects to increase OEE.
• Support the installation of new packaging equipment and collaborate with maintenance staff.
• Audit operational performance and regulatory compliance for various equipment systems.
• Develop technical requirements and recommendations for system modifications in coordination with quality, validation, and manufacturing departments.

Required Skills

• Experience with packaging machinery, specifically within pharmaceutical, food, or beverage sectors.
• Direct experience working in GMP environments.
• Proven ability in root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Knowledge of OEE and process development.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Background in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for equipment support.
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, Associate degree with 6 years of experience, or High school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience.
