Description

You will manage shop floor assembly activities for switchgear (RMU) manufacturing to meet customer specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production for final assembly and dispatch.
• Manage shop floor manpower, including planning, utilization, and efficiency tracking for white-collar and blue-collar staff.
• Monitor in-process defects and rejection rates to minimize production efficiency loss.
• Execute quality and safety system parameters and maintain all required monitoring data.
• Train contract operators and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• 2+ years of experience for BE graduates or 4+ years for DME graduates in a similar industry.
• Experience in production planning and execution within a large-scale industrial environment.
• Proficiency in D365 and Teamcenter.
• Hands-on knowledge of ERP/Equi systems for production declaration and reporting.
• Strong analytical capabilities for monitoring Plan vs. Actual metrics and KPIs.
• Proven ability in manpower handling and team building.
