Good to Have Skills: Experience working in Financial Services or large complex global environments. Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities and related reporting. Proven track record of operational process change and improvement. Ability to work in matrix environment and partner with virtual teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the budgetary requirement definition for assigned product area and develop functional specifications
• Partner with business and development teams to identify engineering requirements and assist in defining application requirements
• Ensure requirements and tasks from technology departments are communicated effectively to all stakeholders
• Provide solutions and processes in accordance with audit initiatives and requirements while consulting with security officers
• Exhibit in-depth understanding of engineering concepts and principles in daily work activities
• Assist with training activities and mentor junior team members to support their professional development
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made while demonstrating consideration for firm reputation and compliance

Experience Required: 5-8 years of relevant experience in an Engineering role with hands-on experience as VMware Administrator or Engineer in enterprise environment. Proven experience with VMware vSphere versions 6.x and 7.x, with 8.x preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
