You will manage and support the Java production environment, ensuring system stability and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Support the Java production environment to ensure operational stability.
• Create and maintain Splunk dashboards for comprehensive system visibility.
• Manage certificate renewals and execute related security tasks.
• Perform detailed stack trace analysis using TCP, heap, and thread dumps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in production support or engineering.
• Intermediate proficiency in at least two disciplines: Java EE, ITIL/ITSM, or SDLC.
• Experience managing distributed compute environments across UNIX and Windows.
• Knowledge of network concepts from Layer 1 to Layer 3.
• Ability to perform CPU, memory, and thread dump analysis.
• Understanding of load balancers and application firewalls (WAFs).
• Familiarity with logging, monitoring tools, and DevOps concepts.
• Knowledge of configuration management and Infrastructure as Code.
• Understanding of Cloud architecture, PaaS concepts, resiliency, and high availability.
