Description

Lead business analysis for payment systems, defining technical requirements and bridging business needs with microservices implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis efforts within the payment domain.
• Manage stakeholders to define and refine technical requirements.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementations for microservices.
• Apply domain expertise in SWIFT and ISO 20022 standards to project workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• At least 2 years of experience in a BA Lead capacity.
• Deep domain knowledge of SWIFT and ISO 20022 standards.
• Extensive background in Payment systems.
• Technical proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Kafka Streams.
• Understanding of REST and JSON.
• Familiarity with Netflix Microservices architecture.

• Any Graduate degree.
