Description

You will provide engineering support for the Collaboration Service Platform, managing Jira and Confluence applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support services for Jira and Confluence applications.
• Lead migration efforts from on-premises infrastructure to SaaS platform environments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and reduce recurring problems using root cause analysis.
• Proactively monitor infrastructure reliability to ensure optimal performance.
• Upgrade existing products in collaboration with engineering teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a tech or fintech organization.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support roles.
• Strong understanding of the Collaboration technology stack (Jira/Confluence).
• At least two years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in software deployment on large global infrastructure.
• Experience providing technical support for globally distributed and complex service platforms.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence administration.
• Experience performing Root Cause Analysis.
• Familiarity with Service Management principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience adopting AI-enabled technology solutions for operational efficiency.
