Description

You will build and maintain scalable microservices and RESTful APIs on AWS using Java.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Java 8 or higher.
• Deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate releases and development tooling.
• Manage cloud resources and services within the AWS ecosystem.
• Apply clean coding and SOLID design principles to all codebase contributions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8 and above.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architectures.
• Practical experience with AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of building RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with development tools including Maven and SVN.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts.
• Application of SOLID design principles.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of design patterns including OOP, AOP, and DDD.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, ECS, EKS, SQS, SNS, and EventBridge.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or DynamoDB.
