Description

You will provide advanced technical support for Microsoft Teams and enterprise networking environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams and VoIP connectivity issues for clients.
• Analyze network traffic and device communication using Netmon or Wireshark.
• Resolve complex networking issues involving routing, switching, and WAN protocols.
• Manage and support Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange environments.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Teams.
• 3+ years of networking experience, including understanding IP and device communication.
• 3+ years of experience in customer or client troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP, DNS, QoS, SIP, and VLANs.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server, and Exchange Server.
• 2+ years of IT troubleshooting experience, ideally within IT retail or Microsoft-centric environments.
• Degree or equivalent experience required.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Office 365, specifically Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams voice offerings.
• Knowledge of Office 365 Authentication and Azure AD Connect.
