Description

Support the build, instrumentation, and testing of engineering prototypes, alpha, beta, pre-pilot, and pilot units.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, troubleshoot, and test refrigeration and fluid systems.
• Perform electrical wiring and instrumentation for prototype systems and test fixtures.
• Conduct system and component level testing with high accuracy in data acquisition.
• Execute electronic documentation of completed work and adhere to 5S standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely prototyping and testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical or engineering support role.
• Universal Refrigeration license (or documented plans to obtain one).
• Strong knowledge base in HVAC/R systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and flow diagrams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with system fabrication, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Brazing experience.
• Ability to work within ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Skills

• CAD skills, specifically SolidWorks.
• Experience with laboratory testing equipment and systems.
