You provide administrative and technical support to engineering teams and management, ensuring accurate project reporting and operational coordination.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor multiple reports for Project Managers and upper management.
• Maintain communication with functional area leadership to coordinate projects and programs.
• Investigate variables to meet specified project objectives.
• Support engineering management with business financials as requested.

Required Skills

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience working in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Excel expertise.
• Experience with proposal writing.
• Background in financial or business analysis.
