Description

You will lead technology engagements with a focus on end-to-end project delivery and strategic account growth.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery, acting as the technical and operational manager to resolve blockers and guide code quality.
• Lead Agile teams, managing sprints and enforcing best practices in DevOps, testing, and deployment.
• Build, onboard, and mentor engineering teams, including defining hiring plans and overseeing performance management.
• Collaborate with sales and solutioning teams on RFPs, RFIs, estimations, and technical workshops.
• Conduct regular delivery governance, QBRs, and status reviews to report project health and risks.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in engineering or project delivery.
• 5-7 years in client-facing leadership roles.
• Strong hands-on technical background with proven experience in team scaling and engineering mentorship.
• Experience in presales and account growth within services, product, or consulting organizations.
• Proficiency with Jira, Git, Jenkins, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and negotiation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
