Description

Manage the lifecycle of capital and operational expense work through the engineering and design workflow process for gas system projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary work packages including work descriptions, historic asset data, and relevant templates.
• Track and report on capital work progress from project inception to closeout.
• Coordinate the engineering permitting process and support requests for gas facility information.
• Monitor engineering charges, costs, and the processing of purchase orders and invoices.
• Execute project closure tasks including quality assurance, reporting, and data analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical functional areas.
• Proficiency with GIS Platforms including ArcGIS Pro and ArcFM.
• Experience using Docuware for scan records.
• Ability to work with GIS, scanned data, and sketches.
• Capability to research, compile, and verify data to identify inconsistencies.
• Experience using Work Management systems and Asset Databases.
• Competency in using Document Management and Investment/Financial systems.
• Proven ability to integrate functional team workflows to enable efficient delivery.

• Any Graduate degree.
