Description

You will design and detail basic engineering projects for steel, electrical, and civil disciplines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Operate AutoCAD using national and internal standards to meet deadlines.
• Maintain drawing integrity by updating CAD files with additions and changes.
• Utilize surveys and data sources to ensure compound accuracy and equipment placement.
• Create unique detailing and designs for basic projects covering steel, electrical, and civil engineering.
• Perform peer reviews of basic drawings and revise them per instructions from engineers and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD 2017 or higher.
• Basic knowledge of structural components, construction, and general engineering concepts.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to work professionally with different functional groups.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or Associate degree with relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in construction, engineering firm, or telecommunications industry.
