Description

You will lead engineering delivery and technical strategy for a portfolio of retail-focused projects. You manage customer stakeholders through structured governance and feedback mechanisms while owning project scope adherence. Your goal is to ensure 100% quality delivery with zero major production bugs.

Responsibilities

• Establish engineering processes, automation in service delivery, and estimation frameworks.
• Drive revenue growth and retention by identifying client opportunities and managing costs.
• Recruit, manage, and upskill software engineering teams using well-defined KRAs.
• Design and develop solutions for complex customer challenges.
• Manage global delivery operations and stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing large, complex program development.
• Deep domain experience within the retail industry.
• Proven background as a Technical Lead, Architect, or Engineering Manager.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS/Azure, Java/.NET, C++, or Python.
• Experience in global delivery and stakeholder management.
• Ability to design and develop solutions for complex customer challenges.
• Experience recruiting and building high-performing engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IP and accelerator building through process optimization.
