Lead engineering teams to deliver scalable data products, platforms, and GenAI use cases within an enterprise ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow multiple teams of product-focused software and data engineers.
• Design engineering strategies and oversee the execution of GenAI use cases.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement new applications and modernize tech stacks.
• Manage program budgets and oversee demand-supply management.
• Verify project compliance with engineering best practices and drive data engineering standards.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software and data engineering.
• 15+ years of experience managing software and data engineering teams.
• 10+ years of experience with AWS or public cloud platforms.
• 10+ years of experience in full-stack development (web/API).
• 10+ years of experience with Data Lake infrastructure, Data Warehousing, and Data Analytics tools.
• 10+ years of experience with cloud-based data platforms and managed services.
• Technical proficiency across the stack, including compute infrastructure, orchestration layers, and large models.
• Experience with LangChain for developing GenAI-powered applications.
• Ability to work within Agile teams to design, test, and support technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• B.S. or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related fields.
