Description

Produce technical drawings for the manufacturing and assembly of aftermarket repair components.

Responsibilities

• Produce drawings from layouts, sketches, 3D models, or physical parts to meet project schedules.
• Verify drawings for dimensional accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
• Release completed drawings following established document release procedures.
• Maintain, update, and revise existing drawing files.
• Layout and design new products and tooling under the direction of Project or Design Engineers.

Required Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience using 3D CAD software.
• Experience working in a sheet metal environment.
• Basic understanding of fabrication techniques and machining processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Two-year technical degree with coursework in technical drafting.

Preferred Skills

• Solid Edge experience.
• Knowledge of heavy duty trailer and truck parts and their functionality.
