• Oversee the build, integration, and maintenance of technology platforms.
• Ensure alignment of high-performance systems with business objectives.
• Foster communication and collaboration across functional teams.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP ABAP development and delivery.
• Proven leadership in managing large engineering delivery teams.
• Ability to define and implement technology roadmaps with architects.
• Experience in system integration and high-performance delivery.
• Familiarity with SAP FIORI applications and integration.
• Experience adopting engineering best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PEGA technologies.
