Description

Lead technical delivery by bridging business requirements and implementation for Java and AWS-based systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and document truly RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Implement clean code and SOLID principles across the codebase.
• Manage deployment workflows using CI/CD concepts and development tooling.
• Architect event-driven systems using middleware and cloud-native services.
• Oversee containerized deployments using Kubernetes and Docker.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Expert-level Java (8+) including concurrency and non-blocking IO.
• Deep expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, ECS, EKS, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, EventBridge).
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Experience with event-driven middleware such as ActiveMQ or RabbitMQ.
• Practical knowledge of Maven, SVN, Jira, Bamboo, and Sonar.
• Strong understanding of OOP, AOP, and Domain Driven Design.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience implementing Streaming and Event-driven architectures via Event Storming.
• Experience with functional and reactive programming.
