Description
Lead a team of 4-10 engineers to build and deliver customer-facing web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical leadership through development, testing, and deployment phases.
- Architect scalable applications and ensure code quality via design validation, code reviews, and automated unit testing.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including timelines and deliverables.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in coding and architecture.
- Collaborate with product management, UX/UI design, and operations teams to ensure product delivery.
Required Skills
- 7-10 years of hands-on development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expert knowledge of Node.js and professional experience with React.js.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and object-oriented programming.
- Advanced knowledge of MongoDB and NoSQL database management.
- Expertise in AWS services, including EC2, Lambda, and S3.
- Proven experience designing and building microservices-based applications.
- Strong expertise in system architecture and design patterns.
- Solid experience leading Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban.
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
