Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on Golang development initiatives.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes and OpenShift environments.
• Drive technical decisions and code quality standards.
• Mentor engineers on Go best practices and cloud-native patterns.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of hands-on Golang development experience.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes orchestration.
• Strong proficiency with OpenShift platforms.
• Ability to lead technical delivery in a hybrid setup.
• Experience in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Background in cloud-native application design.
