Description

Lead the architecture and development of mission-critical applications for customer acquisition and loan manufacturing processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Guide the architecture and technical development of core platform applications.
• Partner with the Chief Digital Officer and Product Managers to drive business transformation.
• Lead the migration and upgrade of existing platforms using AWS and Kafka.
• Maintain a hands-on approach to coding and technical problem-solving.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Expertise in Solutions Architecture and Application Architecture.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core and C#.
• Full stack development experience with React.JS.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Experience designing and implementing REST, Open API, and Async API.
• Proven track record as a Delivery Lead.
• Strong fundamentals in polyglot programming.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Kafka in a distributed systems environment.
