Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor .NET engineers through technical guidance and best practices.
• Manage the full talent lifecycle including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and professional development.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery of complex .NET initiatives.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Resolve technical roadblocks and identify opportunities to implement new .NET technologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years in an engineering management role leading engineering teams.
• Expert proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Analytical skills to break down complex problems into manageable components.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
