Responsibilities

• Mentor engineers on technical best practices and maintainable code standards.
• Manage the full talent lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Oversee planning and execution of complex .NET projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Translate business requirements from product managers and stakeholders into technical architectures.
• Identify and resolve technical roadblocks to maintain project momentum.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with a focus on .NET technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering management role leading technical teams.
• Expert-level proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong analytical skills to decompose complex problems into manageable components.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
