Responsibilities

• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices and code quality.
• Manage the full talent lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Oversee project planning and execution to ensure complex .NET projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Resolve technical roadblocks and identify opportunities to implement new .NET technologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience with a focus on .NET technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering management role leading engineering teams.
• Expert proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.
• Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems into manageable components.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
