You will lead engineering teams to build scalable software products, manage release cycles, and oversee full-stack development processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage software engineering teams, handling performance evaluations and professional growth.
• Own the software release process, collaborating with QA and DevOps for timely, bug-free deployments.
• Architect scalable systems, addressing data volume, concurrency, and system bottlenecks.
• Review code to ensure adherence to standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
• Translate product requirements into technical specifications and roadmaps with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience building software products and SaaS applications.
• 2+ years of recent experience managing software development teams and releases.
• Proficiency with .NET Core, WCF, and REST APIs.
• Experience with MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and Timeseries databases.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks, specifically ReactJS or AngularJS.
• Strong knowledge of AWS architecture and cost optimization.
• Experience with Java technical stacks.
• Expertise in Agile processes, estimation, planning, and build/release management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly with product design teams and customers to define roadmaps.
