You will lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team focused on AI integration and scalable frontend architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers while fostering a collaborative engineering culture.
• Define and drive architecture for scalable applications using React or Angular.
• Champion the adoption of Agentic AI across product features and engineering workflows.
• Establish and enforce best practices for coding standards, testing, CI/CD, and observability.
• Partner with Product and UX teams to define roadmaps and balance feature delivery with technical debt.

Required Skills

• 13-18 years of experience in software engineering roles.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in engineering leadership or people management.
• Strong expertise in frontend development, specifically React or Angular.
• Experience with Cloud platforms and Database technologies.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI and AI/ML concepts.
• Experience building scalable, high-performance applications.
• Background in backend technologies such as Java, Node.js, or C#.NET.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and decision-making.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating AI into user journeys, personalization, and insights.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance developer productivity.
