Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5+ engineers, managing delivery planning, resource alignment, and prioritization.
• Handle performance management, including appraisal cycles and providing individual feedback.
• Design and build scalable microservices and performant applications.
• Manage stakeholders and collaborate across functional teams.
• Maintain technical standards through design patterns, data structures, and test-driven development.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 1+ years of experience building and leading engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Experience building microservices and highly scalable applications.
• Solid understanding of design patterns and data structures.
• Experience with test-driven development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
