Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams through all project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Drive high-level and low-level design processes for n-tier web architectures.
• Architect and maintain scalable, enterprise-grade platform infrastructure.
• Oversee the implementation of complex enterprise solutions using RAD tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and J2EE ecosystems.
• Extensive experience with database management and optimization.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Advanced knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Hands-on experience using Rapid Application Development (RAD) tools.
• Experience designing and implementing n-tier web architectures.
