Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Oversee technical architecture involving backend, real-time, and batch processing systems.
• Direct the implementation of machine learning workflows.
• Drive technical excellence across the engineering organization.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in backend systems and real-time processing.
• Experience with batch processing architectures.
• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Practical knowledge of Machine Learning (ML).
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, 3 days per week at the Bangalore EGL office.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the financial domain.
