You will lead and mentor a global engineering team, driving technical execution and team growth.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects against deadlines and scope.
• Set engineering standards to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and high-quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Go-To-Market teams to define and execute roadmaps.
• Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes, tools, and workflows.
• Lead efforts in scaling backend services, focusing on performance, availability, and security.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 2-3 years in a management capacity.
• Strong proficiency in backend languages: C#, Java, Scala, or Go.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically Azure.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of security concepts including AuthN, AuthZ, SAML, and API security.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity.
