Description

You will lead the engineering team, managing the full software development life cycle for large-scale product systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the software development life cycle, mapping business objectives to engineering structures and resource allocation.
• Make key technical and product decisions while providing mentorship and direction to the team.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align engineering inputs with product requirements.
• Plan development schedules, track releases, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Conduct performance reviews, drive coding best practices, and report on system quality and operations.

Required Skills

• 9+ years in developing complex, large-scale products; 2+ years as an Engineering Manager in a product-based company.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and NoSQL.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving high-performance technical cultures.
• Proven ability to solve large-scale, complex problems impacting business systems.
• Strong background in product development and software development lifecycles.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers and UX Designers.
• Ability to estimate resource allocation and manage release schedules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B or B2C logistics environments.
• Knowledge of AI tools for productivity improvement and automation.
• Experience with Perl scripting and advanced database technologies.
