Engineering Manager

You will lead engineering teams through the full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and execution across cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Translate product requirements into EPICs, user stories, and technical tasks.
• Plan and drive sprint execution with clear goals, timelines, and milestones.
• Guide architecture and design decisions, ensuring best engineering practices.
• Lead incident management, debugging, and root cause analysis (RCA).

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development/engineering roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering leadership or team management.
• Strong experience in backend system design and development.
• Solid understanding of Agile Methodologies (Scrum, sprint planning, backlog grooming).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience handling production systems, incident management, and RCA.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
