Description

Lead the development of a Kubernetes-based application platform using GitOps workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Decompose product requirements into manageable engineering tasks.
• Conduct code and design reviews to maintain software quality standards.
• Mentor and lead junior engineers, guiding their professional development.
• Document software designs, processes, and project specifications.
• Facilitate agile practices and bridge communication between distributed teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of technical experience, preferably in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes for application management.
• Experience with Docker image management and Helm deployment.
• Proficiency in Git and GitOps workflows.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of Golang or Python.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Linux environments.
