Description

You will lead software engineering teams to deliver customer-driven products, owning the release pipeline and fostering a high-performing culture through mentorship and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
• Drive the design and implementation of scalable, distributed platforms and high-throughput data pipelines.
• Establish observability standards using logging, tracing, and metrics to improve operational excellence.
• Influence stakeholders and partners to align on shared technical visions and business goals.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience delivering software products.
• 3+ years of experience as a technical leader of software engineering teams.
• 5+ years leading design and implementation of robust, highly scalable distributed platforms.
• Strong object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) principles with coding skills in Java, Python, or Golang.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools: Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with high-volume data stores and time-series databases.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams across time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with fullstack development in Java or Python.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
