Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage an engineering team of 5+ members, ensuring timely and high-quality feature delivery.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, Architecture, Product Management, UX, DevOps, and Support teams.
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices and architectural principles.
• Drive process improvements through automation, monitoring, and efficient engineering workflows.
• Track team performance, project progress, and delivery using Jira, Confluence, and monitoring tools.
• Mentor engineers and promote continuous improvement and team productivity.
• Oversee end-to-end feature delivery and resolve technical and delivery challenges.

Skills Required:

• 12+ years of technical experience, including at least 3 years as an Engineering Manager.
• Strong experience in Java, AWS, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience managing engineering teams of 5+ members.
• Knowledge of Splunk, Grafana, Sentry, Jira, and Confluence.
• Understanding of automation scripting and engineering processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Jellyfish is an added advantage.

Education:  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
