Lead an engineering team of 5+ members to deliver high-quality features and resolve technical challenges.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor an engineering team of 5+ members to ensure timely delivery and productivity.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, Architecture, Product, UX, DevOps, and Support teams to align on goals.
• Drive process improvements through automation, monitoring, and efficient engineering workflows.
• Track project progress and team performance using Jira, Confluence, and monitoring tools.
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, architectural principles, and end-to-end feature delivery.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of technical experience, including at least 3 years as an Engineering Manager.
• Strong proficiency in Java and AWS.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Splunk, Grafana, and Sentry for monitoring and observability.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Understanding of automation scripting and engineering processes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Salesforce and Jellyfish.
