Description

Lead engineering teams to build and scale large-scale microservices architectures. You will own technical delivery, enforce code quality standards, and mentor junior engineers. Your role involves diagnosing complex technical issues, optimizing system performance, and designing scalable distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery and enforce high standards for code quality.
• Mentor junior engineers through guidance and technical leadership.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Design and scale microservices using modern distributed systems patterns.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Java and object-oriented development.
• Strong proficiency in J2EE, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with RDBMS (MySQL) and NoSQL (Mongo).
• Experience building and scaling large-scale distributed systems.
• Practical knowledge of AWS cloud technologies.
• Experience working with Kafka and the ELK stack.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
