You will lead the technical and people aspects of software delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of software engineers through development cycles.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical direction, ensuring adherence to coding and deployment best practices.
• Participate in hands-on coding, designing and optimizing scalable applications using core technologies.
• Implement and manage testing strategies while continuously improving development processes for efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience focusing on React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Proficiency in React and its ecosystem, including Redux and React Router.
• Extensive experience with Node.js and Express.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including database design and optimization.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices: CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
