Lead software engineering efforts to enhance wafer inspection products and drive the transition to next-generation software architecture.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of software engineers, fostering professional growth and development.

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software through rigorous design, code, and unit test reviews.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in C++, C#, VC++, and .NET-based application development.
• Deep understanding of Algorithms and Data Structures.
• Experience working on large-scale, complex software systems.
• Strong background in software architecture design and system-level problem solving.
• Proficiency in Windows-based application development.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
