Lead execution of complex solutions for Life & Health SaaS products and drive high-quality Agile teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile transformations from waterfall to Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Manage complex technical projects using Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to meet competing deadlines.
• Communicate technical context effectively across developers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Influence peers and development teams through high emotional intelligence.

Required Skills

• 8-11 years of experience managing complex technical projects.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on software development or testing in Agile teams.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Background in Azure Cloud environments.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Java development experience.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, SAFe, or Scrum Master certification.
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification.
