Description

You will lead the data science function, owning the creation and deployment of AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build AIML models for content generation, recommendation, and moderation leveraging LLMs.
• Translate business requirements into functional data science algorithms and data products.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML, NLP, statistical, and recommendation algorithms.
• Lead and mentor a team of data science engineers, ensuring actionable results.
• Establish and maintain the model validation framework for all deployed solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of working experience in ML/Data Science with an NLP background.
• Proven experience solving open-ended business problems using ML/AI from ideation through production.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python.
• Experience designing and implementing ML systems with Data Pipelines (cleaning, feature engineering, iteration).
• Hands-on experience with frameworks optimizing prompt engineering (LangChain/crewai/etc).
• Practical experience with LLMs/RAG for search quality (query understanding, semantic retrieval, reranker design).
• Experience with vector search and embedding techniques.
• Proficiency with ML libraries including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience deploying models to production environments, such as using Jenkins.
