You will lead global engineering squads and oversee the full software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones.
• Drive technical architecture, development, testing, and release processes.
• Manage the SDLC and conduct technical code reviews.
• Implement Agile and DevOps practices within CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles.
• Expertise in Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with React and Node.js.
• Experience with Python.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud environments.
• Database management with Postgres, MySQL, or NoSQL.
• Strong understanding of SDLC.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
