Experience leading multiple projects in parallel and ensure commitments are well establish and met with regular updates to stakeholders.         Experience and familiarity working within Engineering design framework  for example a well-established design review / tollgate process.o    Requirement traceability  Concept Development / Down Select  Detailed Analysis  Validation Strategy  Validation Execution  Production Launch         Strong Decision Making  Will be responsible for deviation review and disposition of non-conforming parts.         Independent Drive and Follow-up  Will be leading engineering engagement in PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)| requiring coordination with internal team and external vendors.         Strong Communication  Presentation skillset to leadership| interaction with cross functional peers| providing update to various stakeholders (production| reliability| sourcing| etc.)         Experience and ability to work hand on in validation and product troubleshooting  navigating progress and addressing roadblock as they may present themselves.         Technical Experience in:o    Drawing| Documentation and Procedure development.  Strong understanding of GD&T.o    Fatigue evaluation and life predictions  parent material SN curves| weld evaluation| etc.o    Mechanical components design analysis techniques  Bolted Joint| FEA| CFD| etc.o    Root Cause Analysis techniques  containment and correction
