Description

You will lead an engineering team to design, develop, and deploy software solutions for stockbroking systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineers through direct mentorship and technical guidance.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
• Enforce best practices regarding code quality, system architecture, and security.
• Manage project priorities and tasks within an agile environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Proven experience in a technical management or Tech Lead role.
• Expertise in Go, React.js, and Flutter.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of SQL and HTML/CSS.
• Experience with C++.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree in Technology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the fintech industry, specifically within stockbroking solutions.
