Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Drive customer-focused engineering solutions and deployments.
• Translate business workflows into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and review AI-powered applications and integrations.
• Conduct architecture reviews and technical decision-making.
• Oversee production deployments, debugging, and incident resolution.
• Review code and ensure engineering best practices.
• Manage delivery planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Collaborate with customers, product, and engineering teams.
• Improve operational excellence and engineering processes.

Experience Required:

• 8-12 years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of engineering management or technical leadership experience.
• Strong system design and architecture expertise.
• Experience building and supporting production-scale applications.
• Hands-on experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and incident management.
• Experience with AI, LLMs, workflow automation, or enterprise software.
• Strong stakeholder and customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience leading complex technical projects and teams.
• Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and make architectural decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and first-principles thinking skills.

Education: B.Tech or B.Tech-M.Tech (Dual) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
