Description

Lead the design, implementation, and release of complex frontend subsystems and workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own frontend components end-to-end through design, coding, testing, integration, and deployment.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications by interfacing with stakeholders and architects.
• Drive architectural decisions by articulating trade-offs between different technology stacks and design patterns.
• Lead performance tuning, re-design, and refactoring efforts for assigned modules.
• Mentor team members on technology concepts, design best practices, and implementation processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering.
• Expertise in JavaScript, React.js, and Redux.
• Hands-on experience with React Native.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
• Strong understanding of HTTP, XML, JSON, and DOM.
• Deep knowledge of W3C standards.
• Ability to design build and release processes.
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle from concept to support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing open-source standards and best practices.
