Description

You will lead an Agile team in developing products across a broad set of technologies and datasets.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct reports and drive their career development.
• Guide the team in breaking down complex problems and proposing technical solutions.
• Facilitate implementation and delivery, ensuring coding, unit testing, and documentation adhere to standards.
• Promote shared code ownership through code reviews, standards, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to review team performance and product roadmap delivery status.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full stack software development.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team of engineers.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Python.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud providers.
• Solid knowledge of modern enterprise architectures, including microservices, serverless, and event-driven systems.
• Experience with containerization methodologies.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and enterprise design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with application optimization, scaling, security, and caching strategies.
• Ability to balance technical, analytical, and product needs during delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale distributed computing.
• Experience working within different delivery methodologies.
