Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full-stack engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Drive the design, architecture, development, and deployment of scalable web applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, QA, and DevOps teams to define project scope and technical requirements.
• Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Oversee project planning, sprint execution, and timely delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Monitor application performance, reliability, and security, implementing improvements where needed.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage team performance, career development, hiring, and onboarding of new engineers.
• Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting new technologies and development practices.
• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in an engineering leadership or management role.
• Strong experience in full-stack development using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, .NET, Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed system architecture.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building SaaS or enterprise-scale applications.
• Knowledge of system design, performance optimization, and application security.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Exposure to AI/ML, event-driven architectures, or serverless technologies is a plus.
• Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are preferred.
