Description

Lead a team of full-stack engineers to design, build, and deliver scalable web applications while managing the full development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full-stack engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Drive the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable applications using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and conduct code reviews to maintain maintainable code.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams to define scope, technical requirements, and CI/CD optimizations.
• Oversee project planning, sprint execution, hiring, onboarding, and team performance management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in an engineering leadership or management role.
• Strong full-stack development proficiency in Java, C#, .NET, Node.js, or Python.
• Experience with front-end frameworks including React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed system architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building SaaS or enterprise-scale applications.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and application security.
• Exposure to AI/ML, event-driven architectures, or serverless technologies.
