Description

Lead a team of 20-25 engineers to deliver high-quality applications using the MERN stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate performance for the engineering team.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and task prioritization.
• Review code and architecture decisions to maintain MERN stack standards.
• Manage recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• Communicate technical progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of total professional experience.
• 5+ years leading development teams of 20-25 resources.
• Hands-on experience as a MEAN or MERN developer.
• Technical expertise in MongoDB and the MERN stack.
• Experience building microservices-based applications.
• Proven track record of building at least one customer-facing application from scratch.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Bachelor's Degree or any Graduate degree.
